Great service! Great Staff! Great Experience!!! Booked for a 3 hour cruise for a bachelorette party and Keula warned we would have such an amazing time and want to stay out longer. Keula was great to work with. She was incredibly responsive and flexible to our plans. The boat was exactly where she said jt would be and the captain and first mate were nice, talkative and attentive. We were able to bring food and drinks on board and we were served on platters. Had absolutely the best time. We booked the boat for my husband's surprise birthday party. Keula was super sweet, extremely cooperative and very helpful. She answered all my questions and she was super accommodative to all my requests. I have never seen anyone go above and beyond like her. The boat crew was also super nice, they took care of all the arrangements for us as we set sail and were very attentive to our needs. At the end of the day... we had a great time. We definitely had a great experience, 1st mate Carmen took care of all our needs, Captain Doug (fellow firefighter/ Paramedic) gave us a smooth ride he made us feel comfortable especially being our first boat ride, they both was friendly, great personality. Omg, my fiance and me both of us enjoyed our time on Keula's boat. She is an amazing host and served us cheese, fruits and nuts on our trip. Her boat is very clean, well maintained and the decor is really beautiful. I wanted to celebrate my fiance's birthday on the waters and Keula took us to the most beautiful location to cut the cake over the most mesmerizing sunset backdrop. Keula was helpful through the booking process and very accommodating and responsive to our groups needs. Scott was an amazing Captain! Views and weather were beautiful! I was fortunate and privileged to be on the maiden Sunset cruise! We kicked-off with impeccable service of great music, horderves, wines and champagne. All we had to do was sit back and enjoy the view. The 5 course meal was simply amazing and delicious. On our cruise, we traveled up-river while it was still light and returned after nightfall which allowed us to enjoy the Day/Night river beauty of DC from two unique perspectives. Bravo! I loved my recent cruise on the Keula Binelly! I was able to relax, feel the wind in my hair and take in views of the historic DC monuments and beautiful sunset --all while sipping on champagne, feasting and having great conversation and many moments of laughter. Keula Binelly herself is high energy but yet zen-like, a truly magnetic personality. I would highly recommend this experience to others for almost any occasion. The memories will last a lifetime and it is sure to become a regular event for you.
