- If you are feeling unwell or running a temperature, please do not come.
- We will be checking everyone temperature upon arrival.
- Sanitizing wipes and products will be readily available for your use.
- Our crew has all been vaccinated
Enjoy a day of carefree fun on the water in this 2005 Searay 34 Sundancer cruiser. Price includes: Boat, local fuel (low speed)
The quoted prices doesn’t include captain fee, a list of USCG Certified Captain is provided each of which charges $65.00 per hour that you must pay directly to the Captain on the day of your cruise. Gratuities are encouraged and not included as part of their hourly rate. All captains accept cash, checks, Venmo, or Cash App.

Full payment is required to book your cruise,
We Accept all four major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and ... You can use any of these cards through our online shopping cart any time day to book your cruise. You can pay your remaining final balance with cash or credit card, just choose whichever option is best for you at the time.
Security deposit
A security deposit hold of $300 (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.

Gratuity for the Captain and First Mate isn’t included as part of their hourly rate and it’s customary at the end of a good day on the water and is very much appreciated. 2 - Standard location for pick up and drop off is at the Georgetown waterfront. See address below!
3 - With the exception of red wine, you may bring any (legal) drink and food that you desire for the outings. Red wine stains are too tough to clean.
4 - Given the time that it takes to cruise up/down the river, we limit cruising area to points north of the DCA (National) airport. The preferred point of embarkment/disembarkment is Georgetown.
5 - We will provide ice and cups for your outing. We also have a refrigerator and coolers on board for your use.
6 - Boat Rules: No pets, no smoking; no red wine allowed; no shoes, while on the boat; no binge-drinking (safety while on the river is our top priority).
7 - The boat is equipped with an aux input cable to connect your music (iPhone, iPod, etc.) and a good speaker system throughout.
8 - If you can't hear the captain speaking over the music, then the music is too loud and will be turned down.
Damage to Boat
As a Renter, you are responsible for leaving the Boat in the condition it was in at delivery, fair wear and tear excepted. You acknowledge and agree that, as a Renter, you are responsible for your own acts and omissions and are also responsible for the acts and omissions of any individuals who you invite to, or otherwise provide access to the Boat. In the event that following the conclusion of a rental, the Boat Owner claims that the Boat has been damaged during the rental and provides evidence of damage, including but not limited to, photographs, or other evidence you agree to pay the cost of repairing the damage or replacing the damaged items with equivalent items. After being notified of the claim and given forty eight (48) hours to respond, the payment will be charged to and taken from the credit card on file. If we are unable to charge the credit card on file or otherwise collect payment from you, you agree to remit payment for any damage to the Boat to the applicable Boat Owner.
Both Renter and Boat Owner agree to cooperate with and assist in good faith.
RESERVATION / CANCELLATION POLICy
· Free cancellations until 5 days before the booking start date.
· 50% refund for cancellations between 2-5 days before the booking start date.
· Cancellations within 2 days of the booking start date are non-refundable, but a raincheck will be given for another date.
If Cruises by Keula Binelly cancels a confirmed booking including but not limited unpredictable mother nature, safety concerns, boat repair; The boat owner will give you the renter a choice of rescheduling the charter or if renter prefer the boat owner will refund the total fees for such booking to the applicable renter.
